Bonus Terms and Conditions
1. The Winter Heat Promo 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion) is available exclusively to customers who have opted in weekly to participate in the Promotion.
2. The Promotion commences on December 01, 2025, and ends on January 8, 2026.
3. Participation in the Promotion is open to all eligible players who make qualifying deposits of at least $30, thereby obtaining a chance to win Bonus Spins.
4. A qualifying deposit is defined as a real-money deposit of no less than $30.
5. A maximum of five (5) qualifying deposits per player per day will be counted for the purposes of this Promotion.
6. Rewards are credited daily, based on the qualifying deposits made on the previous day.
7. The more qualifying deposits a player makes (up to five per day), the greater their chance of receiving a higher number and higher value of Bonus Spins.
8. Fulfilling the minimum deposit requirement provides a chance to receive Bonus Spins; however, the allocation of Bonus Spins upon meeting the minimum deposit condition is not guaranteed.
9. The maximum daily reward available under this Promotion is up to 100 Bonus Spins per player.
10. The allocation and value of Bonus Spins may vary depending on the player’s VIP level.
11. Rewards are granted once per player per day.
12. Multiple qualifying deposits beyond the daily limit of five (5) will not yield additional rewards.
13. Bonus Spins must be activated within 48 hours from the moment they appear in the player’s profile.
14. Once activated, Bonus Spins must be used within 24 hours, or they will expire automatically.
15. Wagering Requirements: All winnings derived from Bonus Spins must be wagered 40 times (x40) before a withdrawal can be made.
16. The maximum release (withdrawal) limits for Bonus Spins winnings are as follows:
- VIP 1–2: $120
- VIP 3–5: $300
17. Submitting a withdrawal request prior to completing the required wagering will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.
18. Players may cancel an active bonus at any time via their profile settings. Upon cancellation, both the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited.
19. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other bonus, campaign, or offer. Activation of another promotion will automatically void the Winter Heat Promo bonus.
20. The structure and rewards of the Promotion are subject to modification, suspension, or cancellation by the Operator at any time and without prior notice.
21. The Operator reserves the right to amend eligibility criteria, promotion structure, Bonus Spin rules, or Bonus Spin allocation at any time during the Promotion.
22. Any form of abuse, fraud, collusion, or irregular betting behavior may result in the exclusion of the player from the Promotion and possible account suspension.
23. The Operator reserves the right to disqualify any player engaged in fraudulent activity, multiple account creation, or abuse of bonus systems.
24. In case of technical errors, affected bets may be voided, and any accumulated points removed.
25. If fraudulent behavior is confirmed, the Operator reserves the right to confiscate winnings associated with such activity.

27. The Operator may, at its discretion, restrict access to the Promotion for certain users, including prior to bonus activation.
