Cashback Bonus amounts are equal to 10% of a player's total cash losses in the sportsbook from Mondays at 12:01 a.m. ET to Sundays at 11:59 p.m. ET. The total amount of losses is defined as the total amount of bets, minus the total amount of winnings, minus any bonus amount credited and withdrawals during the qualification period, and minus a player's current balance at the time of the cashback request (which also included any open bets).
How to Release the Bonus
The Cashback Bonus can be claimed every Monday from 12:01 a.m. ET until 11:59 p.m. ET. To receive the Cashback Bonus, the player must contact us via Live Chat or email at support@tooniebet.ca.
The Cashback Bonus comes with a 3x wagering requirement. Any bonus from this promotion can only be used in the sportsbook. The funds can not be used in the casino, live casino, or any of our other verticals. In the event that bonus funds are used in these sections, the bonus amount as well as any winnings derived from the bonus will be forfeited.
Bonus Terms and Conditions
1. This promotion is available to all registered ToonieBet users who are eligible to receive bonuses.
2. This promotion is valid from Jan. 1, 2022 until further notice. It can be terminated at any time at ToonieBet’s discretion.
3. The bonus amount is equal to 10% of the total amount of a player's sportsbook losses during the qualifying period. The total amount of losses is defined as the total amount of bets minus the total amount of winnings, minus any bonus amounts credited and withdrawals made during the qualifying period, and minus the current balance at the time of the cashback request.
3.1 The minimum Cashback Bonus amount is $30.
3.2 The maximum Cashback Bonus amount is $750.
3.3 The qualification period runs Mondays from 12:01 a.m. ET until Sundays at 11:59 p.m. ET.
4. The Cashback Bonus is only available to an individual player once a week.
4.1 The Cashback Bonus can be claimed every Monday from 12:01 a.m. ET until 11:59 p.m. ET. To receive the Cashback Bonus, the player must contact us via Live Chat or email at support@tooniebet.ca.
5. Any active withdrawal requests before receiving the bonus will void bonus eligibility.
6. The Cashback Bonus has a 3x wagering requirement.
7. The Cashback Bonus can only be used in the sportsbook. Bonus funds can not be used to play poker, casino or live casino games. In cases of using the bonus funds in the Casino or Live Casino, the bonus amount, as well as any winnings derived from it, will be canceled.
8. Bets that resulted as a Loss or Win are counted to the wagering requirements.
9. In cases where the Cashback Bonus rollover requirements are unfulfilled, withdrawal is unavailable.
10. ToonieBet reserves the right to refuse to provide a bonus to any client without giving reasons or prior notification. In the case of a disputed situation, the decision of the administration is considered final and is not negotiable.
11. We offer bonuses as additional entertainment for recreational players, and reserve the right to deny a bonus or promotion, or mark an account as ineligible to partake in any bonuses and promotions, at any time, including prior to crediting a bonus or promotion. This will not affect any real money funds which are not locked to a bonus.
