Cashback amounts are equal to 10% of the total amount of a player's losses in our Sports section during the respecting qualification period. The qualifying period is from Monday at 12:01 A.M. to Sunday at 11:59 P.M. UTC. The total amount of losses is defined as the total amount of bets, minut the total amount of winnings, minus any bonus amount credited/withdrawals/ made during the qualification period, and minus a player's current balance at the time of the cashback request (which also included any open bets).
How to Release
Cashback bonuses will be credited to your "real" balance and come with a 3x wagering requirement. Any cashback received from this promotion can only be used in our Sports Section. It's funds cannot be used to player casino, live casino, or any of our other verticals. In the event bonus funds are used in these sections, the bonus amount, as well as any winnings derived from the bonus, will be forfeited.

3.1The minimum cashback amount permitted is $30.
3.2The maximum cashback amount permitted is $750.
3.3The qualification period is determined from Monday (12:01 AM) to Sunday (11:59 PM).
4.Cashback Bonus is available to the player only once a week.
4.1Cashback bonus can be received every Monday from (12:01 AM) until (11:59 PM). To receive the Cashback Bonus, the player must contact us via Live Chat or via email at support@tooniebet.ca.
5.Any active withdrawal requests before receiving the bonus will void any bonus eligibility.
6.Cashback bonuses will be credited to your "real" balance and require players to complete a 3x wagering requirement.
7.The Cashback Bonus can only be played in the Sports section. Bonus funds cannot be used to play poker, casino or live casino. In cases of using bonus funds in the Casino or Live Casino section, the bonus amount, as well as any winnings derived from it, will be canceled.
8.The bets that resulted as a Loss or Win are counted to the wagering requirements.
9.In the case of unfulfillment of the Cashback rollover requirements, the withdrawal is unavailable.
10.Administration reserves the right to refuse to provide a bonus to the client without giving reasons and prior notification. In case of a dispute situation, the decision of the administration is considered final and is not negotiable.
11.We offer bonuses as additional entertainment for recreational players, and reserve the right to deny a bonus / promotion, or mark an account as ineligible to partake in any bonuses / promotions, at any time, including prior to crediting a bonus / promotion.
