Extra security for your Tooniebet account — introducing 2FA!
Two-Factor Authentification - 2FA – sends a code to the registered mobile phone number before the player can log in to their account for the first time. Each time you log in after cleaning your web browser history, you will be sent a new code to enter along with your username and password.
2FA dramatically increases the difficulty for any hacker who tries to break your password. It’s free and will only add a few seconds to the time it takes to log in.
Then follow the below instructions:
- Download — For a 2FA generator, we recommend the Google Authenticator App you can download from the Google Play Store or the Authy App from the iOS App Store.
- Opt-In — Go to the Password section of your Tooniebet Profile and enable the 2FA option.
- Choose Setup Key or QR-Code — Choose whether to send the One-Time Code to your Email or as a text message to your Phone.
- Confirmation — You will receive confirmation from Tooniebet that 2FA was successfully synchronized.
a. Setup Key— You can enter the One-Time 6-digit code to Enter Setup Key on your App.
b. Scan QR-Code — Click Scan QR Code, and the App will prompt you to scan the code on your computer screen with your smart device’s front-facing camera. You may need to Allow the Authenticator to Take Pictures.
2FA should now be configured with your Tooniebet account. If the Code has not been generated, click on Resend to get another code sent to you. A code can take a minute to get to your device.
