Don’t panic if you are having trouble — problems exist to be solved. Read about some of the more common issues users have with 2FA and the solutions to resolving them.

My Generated codes aren’t working.

Did you receive a confirmation that the 2FA code was linked to your account? If not, you may need to try again or contact Support through Live Chat for help.

It may also be because the time is not Synced to your 2FA App and Tooniebet. You can change this time without changing the time on your smart device.

Synchronize your App time:

  1. Go to the App on your smart device.
  2. Open the Settings menu.
  3. Open Time Correction for codes.
  4. Press Sync now.

You should receive confirmation that the time is now synchronized –sync’d– and you can try logging in again.

I can’t see a 2FA App on my smart device.

If you can’t see the App, you probably haven’t installed it, or the installation failed.

Depending on your device, you can download an Authenticator App from:

  • Android — Google Play Store
  • Windows — Windows Store
  • iOS — App Store

Do I need to use 2FA every time I log in?

If cookies are enabled when you log in for the first time with 2FA, your computer will remember. If you have activated a Cookie Blocker – or have recently deleted the Cookies – you will need to use the 2FA App again to log in.

The Authenticator won’t open.

Sometimes, Apps crash. If you are sure the installation was successful, the best thing to do is to restart your smart device and try again.

It still won’t open.

If the App still won’t open after restarting your smart device. You may need to reinstall the Authenticator.

Go back to the Store you downloaded the program from, and you will get the choice to uninstall. Once you’ve had confirmation the App has been uninstalled, restart your device and try reinstalling it.
