World Soccer '26 Win up to $9,000 or a chance for Finals tickets

1. Eligibility

The MEGA Shoot promotion is available to all registered players.

These terms and conditions apply to the World Soccer '26 special promotion period only and supersede the standard MEGA Shoot terms for the duration of the event.

The duration of the event is the World Soccer '26, which runs from 8 June to 15 July.

2. About The Game

MEGA Shoot is a single-player football penalty shootout game, a gamification feature and does not constitute a standalone gambling game; participation does not involve real-money wagering. Players compete against an AI goalkeeper, earning Leaderboard Points (LP) with every match played, win or lose, and compete across multiple leaderboards to win a share of the prize pools.

3. Game Mechanics

3.1 Getting Started

A match begins in the Lobby, where players can collect Bonus Coins every 24 hours. To start, players select a Coin amount for their entry and tap ‘Play’ to challenge a virtual goalkeeper. The available entry amounts are:

• 5 coins
• 10 coins
• 50 coins

3.2 The Shootout

In each session, players alternate between the Penalty Taker and Goalkeeper roles. To shoot or save, players tap a target area on the goal within a time limit. If the timer runs out before the player acts, the system takes the action automatically.

3.3 Match Results

The outcome of each match is determined using a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure total fairness. Outcomes are based purely on chance and are independent of player behaviour, previous results, or Coin usage. Matches usually consist of 3 shots; if the score is tied, the match continues with extra rounds until a final result is determined.

3.4 Interruptions

If a match fails due to a technical error, the Coin entry is returned to the player. If a player manually leaves or disconnects during a match, the match is recorded as a loss, and no refund is given.

3.5 Tiebreaker logic

When points are tied, the leaderboard automatically ranks players first by their total match wins and then by their goal difference. These tiebreakers are calculated by the system to ensure the final standings are always clear.

4. Coins

4.1 Earning coins

Players can earn coins through the following methods:

Deposit: 3% coin per $150 deposited

Wager: 1 coin per $150 of real money wagers (wagers with bonus funds do not count).

Tournaments: coins awarded as prizes

By completing Weekly Challenges;

MEGA Shoot: Players receive 5 Bonus Coins per day from the in-game Lobby. Bonus Coins can be collected once every 24 hours and used to enter matches.

Coins cannot be used to place real-money bets, they don't have a cash value, and they can never be swapped for cash or withdrawn.

5. Tournaments

5.1 Leaderboard Points

Leaderboard Points are virtual points used solely for ranking players within MEGA Shoot and have no monetary value. These points are awarded for every match played, with the total based on the match result and the amount of Coins used. Playing with higher amounts and winning matches both grant a higher proportion of points toward the leaderboard.

5.2 Team Selection

Before entering the tournament, players select one of the 48 real-world teams to represent. This choice is final for the duration of the event. Team selections are accepted until the end of the group stage (June 27, 2026 inclusively). Players may receive extra rewards if their selected team wins the real World Soccer '26.

Team selection does not constitute a betting opportunity, and gamification does not involve predicting or wagering on real-world outcomes.

5.3 Daily Tournament

A new leaderboard resets every day at 12:00 a.m. ET. The top 10 players who accumulate the most Leaderboard Points during those 24 hours receive the following prizes:

Tournament rewards are only granted if 100 or more players on the brand participate using Coins. An active player is defined as anyone who has played at least one MEGA Shoot match during the 24-hour period.

5.4 World Soccer '26 Tournament

A player's total Leaderboard Points accumulated across the entire period determine their final standing. The top 15 players receive the following prizes:

6. Rewards

6.1 Daily Reward Picker

After winning a second match in a single day (and for each subsequent win that day), players receive a reward on the post-match screen. The reward is based on the Coin entry used for the winning match:

Rewards are delivered as either a Casino reward (Bonus Spins) or a Sports reward (Bonus Bets / Bonus Money), as indicated above. Applicable wagering requirements are set out in Section 8.

6.2 Team Selection Bonus

Players may receive an extra reward during the onboarding team selection if their chosen team goes on to win the soccer tournament.

To qualify for the reward, should have $30 of lifetime deposit. The reward will be $15 Bonus Money. Applicable wagering requirements are set out in Section 8.

6.3 Tournament prizes

Rewards for the Daily and World Soccer '26 leaderboards are based on final rankings. These prizes stay in-game and must be claimed manually via the game pop-ups once the tournament ends.

6.4 Grand prize

The player ranked in 1st place (the “winner”) at the World Soccer '26 Tournament shall be awarded the World Soccer '26 Grand prize.

World Soccer '26 Grand Prize is a special reward package consisting of two event tickets and trip for the World Cup Final. To receive this prize, the winner must be legally eligible to travel to the USA.

The World Soccer '26 Grand Prize is granted on a gross basis. Any additional expenses not listed in the prize description are covered solely by the winner, e.g. fees, taxes, travel insurance, visa costs, meals, local transport, etc.

Tooniebet assumes no responsibility for visa denials, passport issues, or entry restrictions. Furthermore, Tooniebet expressly disclaims any liability for the services or omissions of third-party providers (such as airlines, hotels, and event coordinators) and is not responsible for event rescheduling, cancellations, or travel interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

The Grand prize winner will be contacted within 24 hours of the promotion's end date by our support team, and must confirm their wish to attend and claim their prize package within 72 hours of being notified. Should the grand prize winner not wish to attend and instead claim the grand prize, they can forfeit this grand prize package in full and instead be awarded a monetary prize of $30,000 Bonus Money credited to the winner’s casino account.

The prizes are provided on an as-is basis and are subject to the terms, conditions, and entry requirements of the event organizer and venue. The Operator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the tickets for $30,000 Bonus Money. No liability is accepted for technical errors or third-party failures that result in the invalidity of the tickets.

The prize amounts will be determined and finalized on the official leaderboard as of 11:59 ET on July 15, 2026.

7. Shop

Players may use Coins to obtain in-game items. While these items can affect how quickly a player progresses — for example, by increasing the amount of Leaderboard Points earned — they do not influence the actual outcome of matches or the probability of winning.

Currently, the Shop offers:

• Emblems are cosmetic items used to customise the player profile.
• The Points Booster increases Leaderboard Points earned by 50% for the next 3 matches. A maximum of 5 Boosters may be purchased per day.

8. Wagering Requirements

Bonus Spins – a 40x wagering requirement and a $150 maximum payout. Valid for casino games only. Players have 10 days to meet all other wagering requirements.

Bonus Money – a 30x wagering requirement. Maximum release is 5 times the original bonus amount. Players have 10 days to meet all other wagering requirements.

Bonus Bets – valid only for Sports, must be activated within 24 hours, and must be used at full value. Winnings from the Bonus Bet are credited to the player’s real money account after deducting the original value of the Bonus Bet. These winnings must be wagered at least 3 times at odds of +150 (2.5) or higher within 30 days before a withdrawal can be requested.

9. Standard Terms & Conditions

Standard Terms & Conditions apply. In the event of any conflict between these promotional terms and the standard Terms & Conditions, these promotional terms shall prevail for the duration of the MEGA Shoot World Soccer '26 Special promotion.

Management reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time. Any changes will be communicated to players in advance where reasonably practicable.
